Shipping
We ship all products nationwide across New Zealand.
Standard delivery: $12.00 per order Free shipping: Orders over $150 (excluding dangerous goods and freight-on-application items) Dangerous goods (Aquascape Professional Black Waterfall Foam): $18.00 flat rate — no free shipping threshold applies EPDM Pond Liner: Freight calculated per order based on size and delivery location. We will confirm freight cost at time of invoice before dispatch.
Delivery is via reputable NZ courier services. Estimated delivery times are 2–5 business days depending on location. Rural delivery may take longer.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligible for return: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
Not eligible for return:
Aquascape Professional Black Waterfall Foam — classified as dangerous goods and cannot be returned once dispatched due to courier restrictions
EPDM Pond Liner — cut to your specified size and cannot be returned as it is a custom order
Any product that has been opened or used
How to return: Email us at info@southern-waterscapes.co.nz with your order details and reason for return. We will confirm the return address and process.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Faulty or incorrect items: If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Consumer Guarantees Act
Your purchase is covered by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under that Act.
