When you contact us through our website, a Facebook or Instagram form, email or phone, we collect the details you give us, such as your name, phone number, email address, location and project details. Our website also uses cookies and the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our advertising.

How we use it. We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, deliver orders and run our business. We don’t sell your information.

Who sees it. Your information may be handled by service providers who help us run our website, email, accounting, payments and advertising, such as Squarespace, Meta and Xero. We only share what is needed for them to do that.

Keeping it safe. We store your information securely and keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires.

Your rights. You can ask to see the information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, by emailing info@southern-waterscapes.co.nz.
